Ravi R. Salickram, PA-C
Upon graduating from Touro University - School of Health Sciences, in 2006, Ravi immediately began working closely with his chief physician, Dr. Igor Stiler. The following year, he further developed his skills while working along side his mentor, Dr. Sady Ribeiro. Since that time, Ravi has acquired extensive training and sound knowledge in the fields of Neurology and Interventional Pain Management. The years of experience in the practice of medicine imparted by a renowned neurologist, Dr. Stiler, compounded with the hands-on experience attained under tutelage of a veteran interventional pain specialist, Dr. Ribeiro, has allowed Ravi the privilege of being proficient both in and out of the operating room. Ravi has proven to be a leader and expert in his field, who is caring, compassionate and dedicated to the well-being of his patients. More recently, Ravi has expanded his surgical skill set to Interventional Radiology and peripheral artery embolization, an advanced, minimally invasive procedure which can effectively treat and alleviate chronic pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis. This brings a precision-driven, image-guided approach to the diagnosis and treatment of complex pain conditions. Ravi is committed to offering patients the least invasive, most effective treatment options available, leveraging advanced imaging technology to deliver targeted therapies that minimize recovery time and maximize outcomes. With over two decades of clinical experience, Ravi has performed thousands of image-guided procedures and is widely regarded for his technical skill and patient-centered care.
Education & Credentials
Double Board-Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Associates (NCCPA) and in Aesthetics from the American Academy of Procedural Medicine (AAOPM), with added certifications in Neurodiagnostics, Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, Interventional Pain Management and Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery. Ravi is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA), New York State Society of Physician Associates (NYSSPA), The New York State Pain Society, and New York Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (NYSIPP). Ravi is also a clinical preceptor at Touro University and the University of St. Francis' Physician Associate Programs.
